This is an updated version of our popular reverse hyper machine art.no 061. The reverse hyper is not only ergonomically good for training the lumbar spine, it’s a safe exercise.
The machine is popular with lifts as it is used as a “movable” exercise for the lower back to supplement for back training with isometric lift. In this exercise, it is important to have the legs straight through the whole movement. The reverse hyper builds also hamstring and hip flexor flexibility, anti-flexion core stability, and glute strength.
