You use the leg machine by placing one of your knees on the leg cushion and leaning your upper body towards the chest support. You grab onto the handle in front of you, place your free leg on the leg arm and push that leg back. Since you use one side at a time the dominant leg cannot take over. Giving you a balanced training of your gluteus. The movement of the Gymleco’s unique machine arm is a very smooth swing. This gives you the optimal ergonomic movement with correct muscle load throughout the exercise.

This gym machine comes with a solid steel nickel coated weight magazine of 100 kg which makes it suitable for the more advanced athlete as well as the beginner. The cushions are in leather and the handle in steel. The leg arm has a knurled foot support so that you get a good grip with your active leg.
You can set the knee support to the height that suits your body length with our step-free setting. Making it possible for anyone to use this leg machine.
