Use the machine by placing your chest against the chest support. Having your arms in 90 degrees next to the arm cushions. Grip the handles and press your arms upwards. You will definitely feel this in your shoulders. Combine this machine with our shoulder press and our rear deltoid machine and you’ll have a great shoulder section at your gym.

The exercise can also be done alternate or one arm a the time which gives you great diversity in your training. Having the shoulder rotation as a gym machine makes sure that everyone can start training shoulders in your gym since it’s safer than starting with free weights when you’re not sure how the movement is done. 

 

Materials & details

 

The handles in comfortable rubber are movable. This to make sure that you can keep your 90 degrees when doing the exercise. The seat has our step free setting so that you can change the height depending on your body length. The weight stack is split with lighter weights at the top and heavier at the bottom. There are also balanced counter weights so that the exercise has an easy start. This to make sure that everyone can use the machine.

It’s possible to add on weight to the weight stack if that is something you want on your machine.
