Set the seat depending on your body height. Place your feet on the knurled foot support. Grab the rubberised handles and pull the handles towards you. This back machine has individual arms so that you can train one arm at a time or alternate your training. You can use the sturdy steel handle at the back of the chest support to keep steady when training with one arm. The machine is compact and therefor fits in any space.

Special features
The gym machine is designed with ergonomically angled handles for maximum relief of the wrists. The chest support is also angled for the best ergonomic position.
For an easy start you can press down the foot pedal on the left side. This will make the handles move towards you so that you can start your back training smoothly.
